163 Prompt to Clear Your Chaos
The act of writing is therapeutic. As a memoirist, I can verify this. As someone who reads books about neurology for fun, I can tell you that studies have shown the act of writing things down not only helps your memory, it also improves focus, idea structuring, and clarity of mind.
It’s that last piece that drove me to create this prompt journal.
The intent is to give you space to get out of the funk. When you are feeling melancholy or uninspired and those big feelings have nowhere to go, pick up this journal and just open to any page. It might distract you, help heal you, and force your brain to think of anything other than The Big Issue.
