A Spark of Light

January 16, 2019 by Dana Goldstein

I have been a huge Jodi Picoult fan since I read the Pact in 1994. I’ve read almost every book she has written. This was my least favourite to date. I did not like the progression back through time. It bothered me from the start and kept me detached from the story. One of Picoult’s strengths is sucking the reader into the psyche of the characters. Sadly, this didn’t happen for me this time.
